I finally did it.
I finally went Vegan and let me tell you that it has changed my life.
I decided to go Vegan on Friday as I was driving to Las Vegas.
It was a really bad week for me and my stomach hurt.
I felt like I needed change and what better time to do it then after a weekend of gluttony?
So, the plan was hatched.
Sunday night when I came home I fired up the grill and cooked up come chicken sausages.
I ate 7 of them.
Then I drank some coffee and put some milk in it as usual.
Sure I ate some more food last night and my lunch did consist of roast beef, but I knew this was the beginning of something exciting.
Waking up this morning I felt a twinge of excitement.
(I have no idea what a twinge means, I assume it means “feeling”)
Regardless, I was now a vegan.
I decided that I would still eat chicken, fish, eggs and cheese, but would stop eating red meat and drink milk.
So, technically I am what they call a “Pescetarian” (someone who loves Joe Pesci) and an acto-ovo vegetarians (kind of like an lhasa apso) and a pollo-vegetarian (likes to wear popped collars).
That is what I am a Pesce-acto-ovo-pollo-tarian and let me tel you it feels GREAT!
I will update you as to how I am feeling every few days (since I heard that I will start feeling weak) so stay tuned.
If you want to start eating green with me, just drop me a line!
Maybe these girls do.
