First of all let me start with the fact that I am sick.

All I can eat is soup and rye bread.

I couldn’t drink coffee so i had a vanilla bean frappuccino from Starbucks.

However, when I went to get a refill, they were closed.

Something about retraining.

That was bull crap.

But anyway, I went home to watch the debates after eating jelly beans and teaching Hebrew school.

There wasn’t anything new except for this exchange with Barack Obama.

Obama had been asked a straightforward question by moderator Tim Russert: Did he accept Farrakhan’s support.

The following exchange occurred:

Obama: “You know, I have been very clear in my denunciation of Minister Farrakhan’s anti-Semitic comments. I think they are unacceptable and reprehensible. I did not solicit this support. He expressed pride in an African American who seems to be bringing the country together. I obviously can’t censor him, but it is not support that I sought. And we’re not doing anything, I assure you, formally or formally with Minister Farrakhan.

Russert: “Do you reject his support?”

Obama: “Well, Tim, I can’t say to somebody that he can’t say that he thinks I’m a good guy.”

OK, so basically Obama would not disavow Farrakhan’s endorsement.

This means that I can no longer support him.

I always wanted to know more about his character and Obama’s stance on Israel and Jews, and now I think I know.

Maybe my mind will change, but it will take a lot.

In the meantime, check out this Barack Obama College Video
